With Fantastic Library Free you can test out almost all functions of the app. Consider, that the free version hast a limitation of 15 entries, which you can lift with buying the in app purchase to the full version.
Scan products simply with the built-in barcode scanner - the products will automatically appear on your dashboard. Each product is classified into one of the predefined categories (books, movies, music, games).
Of course you can also create your own categories.
If the barcode scanner does not even recognize the product automatically, you can manually add the entry and upload your own image.
You can export your collection as CSV file for Excel or as PDF and share it with your friends. You can also share a website with your collection.
Take a look at the app settings. You can customize Fantastic Library as much as you wish.

Does anyone work on this app anymore stopped letting me scan or manually add and this is the first app that i can really organize the way i want and i dont need five apps to house movies games books please fix

I’ve tried quite a few different Apps to track my large collection of books. It is fairly easy to use, which is good, because I haven't been able to find any documentation. Because the App reloads the library pretty much every time I make an update, keeping all my books in the one library is a non starter. I have had to create multiple libraries and keep the number of entries under 300 in each. I’m up to six or seven libraries with over 1300 books across them. Splitting the libraries keeps performance at an acceptable level. Not my ideal solution, but it works for me. My libraries are non fiction, Thrillers, Reference, fiction by author a-j, fiction by author k-p, and so on. My other problem is frequent crashes. The good news is it has never lost an entry, but it is annoying when it happens. I keep hoping it will eventually stabilize. Also, when cataloging a lot of books it helps to quit and restart the App every few dozen entries. Despite the issues it is a better book cataloger than anything else I’ve tried and I continue to use it. I take my iPad with me and it prevents me from acquiring duplicate titles, a frequent occurrence before I began using this App.

Downloaded the app, scanned the first CD just fine. All subsequent CDs scanned produced an error message that I already had that CD in the library when in fact I didn't!!! Tried multiple times with multiple CDs but got the same results :-(((
Good, but could easily be perfect

Great app. What would make it perfect is the ability to do the following scenarios: Scan a book, and then the app to give the option of 1) add book to library or 2) borrow book. If you already have that book in your library, then when you scan it again it gives the option to 1) lend book out, 2) delete book from library, or 3) add another copy. If you've lent the book out, and you scan it, then 1) book returned or 2) add another copy If you're borrowing the book and you scan it, then 1) return book to owner

I bought the full version and it works just as little as this one. The scanner could not scan the bar codes I tried. I want my money back.
