When switching from Home, Watch, Menu, or Groups FB all locks and will not respond to further clicking. Only fix is to close the app, reopen the app, then log out and log back in.

No one will help

I run a business account on Facebook and I can’t always be at my laptop to view Facebook on desktop. Therefore, I need to be able to see notifications on my mobile device. When I go to click on my business’ page notifications, nothing will load no matter what WiFi I’m on or where I’m at. This has been going on for 3 weeks. I have submitted about 7 help requests in that time and have received nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Why aren’t you willing to help your users? It makes no sense.

Hi this is the only platform I use and I get so confused cause it keeps changing the worst part is I can’t even access moan photos and I took him and I see them all over Facebook but they’re mine I don’t know I’m just been raped and tortured and had my underwear looked at by my three ex-husband‘s and yeah privacy is important so I’m Happy to keep trying thank you very much Facebook for keeping me in touch especially three days horrible horrible times
Constantly freezing up

Freezes up almost every time I use the app. Have to close it and reopen it. Lose where I was, come on guys… using iPhone 12
