Pésimo servicio

El servicio al cliente es pésimo. Compre un tour de una guagua para New York. Cuando llegue a New York salía un error en el voucher de compra y no me permitió utilizarlo tuve que comprar otro. Luego cuando llegue de las vacaciones le pido el crédito a expedia me dicen que se comunicarán con el proveedor y luego de casi un mes vuelvo y le escribo me dicen que el proveedor no quiere devolver el dinero y que ellos no pueden hacer nada. Yo no le compre al proveedor yo le compre a expedía y se suponía que ellos me resolvieran. Jamás vuelvo a comprar por expedía mejor compro directo con el proveedor y les aconsejo que hagan igual.

Upon check out, I was given a receipt for my stay… It was almost 300.00 less for the weekend than what I was charged on my credit card from Expedia!!! Do your self. Favor and book directly ?

No customer support

Expedia doesn’t have customer support anymore. The “Virtual Agent” is telling me incorrect information. In “your upcoming bookings” it shows flights from 2 years ago. I can not receive a refund for a cancelled flight.

Something wrong

The past two days I have been trying to book a flight and once I chose both legs of the trip, an error comes up and says something along the lines of “Something went wrong on our end. Retry” but every time I retry the same thing comes up. I don’t think it is just the app because I’ve tried online in different devices. Nothing is going through.

After booking some flights with Alaska airlines I needed to move the flights a few weeks and got charged $550.09 by Expedia if I had booked directly with Alaska it would have cost nothing and the service would have been much better.

Please read and save yourself before using! The Joke of all Jokes! DO NOT USE THEM! DO NOT GET THE INSURANCE POLICY! They will never refund you! They are a 3rd party so you have to go through 4 different portals to try and make a “claim” This is the biggest scam, you will not get a refund, the only credit you will get is for the one airline that expedia booked you though… Which means you can only apply that credit towards “certain flights” and even if it is the same airline it only counts on certain fights. They will run you in a loop and you will spend hours talking to over seas operators that will just repeat other over seas operators that you can call. It’s the most frustrating circle you will ever go through and still never get a refund! I spent 4 hours on the phone and I’m still at ground zero. This company is a scam and will turn their backs and wave their hands up as soon as a issue arises. Please save yourself and choice any other way of booking your flight or your plans.

I have never used Expedia before booked a package that includes hotel and flight, when I got to the screen to select seats all seats were occupied, tried to call a representative to assist to help book,this is not an option, after the cost of package for 2 people was deducted from my bank account I called to ask why I could not select a seat representative told me I had to call airline, Airline stated that I need to call Expedia because that’s who I booked through representative AC canceled package based off the fact that there were no available seats, ONLY TO FIND OUT that there were seats available you can not pick your seats until the week of planned trip, CANCELED FOR A FALSE STATEMENT from YOUR REPRESENTATIVE. All in All HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR A FIRST TIME USER A 4 thousand dollar trip canceled for FALSE STATEMENT and you can not rebook. After a total of 4 hours wasted and 4 thousand dollars tied up!!! Never Again will I ever recommend or use this site for travel. EPIC FAIL, Kristy
