Awful app, just use the awful website
Astationzero

App barely works and makes you do a CAPCHA every time you open it. Most functions just send you to the website and can’t be done in the app. No point in the app if you have to use the website. Sometimes you have to sign into both the app and the website and do two CAPCHAs just to clock-in.

How Can This Still Be This Bad? (Title Still Relevant)

June 16, 2021 Unbelievably the app continues to be horrible. Still not using Apple native code and is just a website in an app. User experience continues to be horrible, and now the screen can’t even size itself to the device automatically. In addition, the security still requires a password with no support for Face ID and still requires a captcha? Really? Even though the update says there are user experience updates, there are none. At this point with every update, I’m not expecting anything anymore. They simply do not understand their customer base, or technology that the customers need and want. October 24, 2020 More than a a year later, and still this app is nowhere close to where it needs to be. Still a website shell without even a sliver of native app where APIs such as upgraded security is used. Further more, the “updated user experience” chafed colors from green to blue. This doe not improve the experience. In fact, the claim of an updated user experience with no upgrade causes me but to want to use the app even more. It’s clear that the PrimePoint has no understanding of how to develop native apps for iOS and what the SDK can offer an organization such as PrimePoint. April 24, 2019 How can this continue to be this bad? The UI is still horrible and continues to lack any modern security for the login. In addition, there continues to be no logical flow of the app and find things in multiple drop down menus is ridiculous. I should not need a description as to what is in a menu and then it be able to find find I want in a menu. It’s clear that the UI is not a priority for the company nor is the end user obviously. Have you done user experience sessions? Do you know what the end user wants? Why is this still a web page within an app? Do you have Swift devs? This continues to be a sad attempt even after all this time since the last update and I still need to get a paper pay stub because you can’t figure out how to mange that an option at the employee level. Finally, it remains quite clear that the employees of the company continue to write false reviews. If they only took the time to fix the product instead of writing idiotic reviews that in no match the app the app would be better. I will only give credit where credit is due. My reviews are fair and I update based on changes that are made. Obviously no significant changes were made here that impacted the app overalL. January 11, 2019 I really do not understand how horrible this app is. I can’t access my W-2s since the app crashes each time I try. REWRITE THE APP AND LEARN AND KNOW WHAT YOUR USERS WANT!!!! December 20, 2018 STILL HORRIBLE!!!!’ I’m not understanding however a financial firm that is responsible for paychecks can not have proper security for end users. Further more, I am not certain how the same company can not scan/process paychecks that at be viewed online in its original form. Finally, I DON’T WANT A PAPER CHECK! This should be an option on a user by user basis. The requirements for all three of these cannot be that difficult. You have the use cases right here. Document the flow, document the requirements, work with the development to determine how to implement, test the implementation, deploy. Really not difficult. Keeping the star as one. ———————- August 4, 2018 Update Still horrible UI and obviously no native Swift. All this does is use a web page. In addition, I still can’t see the actual pay stub, just a PDF “report” which is useless. The UI continues to be non-user friendly. It’s as if you have no UX people working at theirs company at all. Finally, there is still no reasonably good security except for a password when Touch ID and Face ID are available. This is simply a ridiculous app for vital information for employees. Keeping one star. FYI... all of the five star reviews are obviously from your internal team. ——————- This app is absolutely horrible. The security to access my pay stubs is nil and doesn’t take advantage of Face ID or Touch ID. Furthermore, I can’t even see my actual pay stubs. It shows me an abbreviated “report” or my stub that does not even show deductions. The UI is horrible, is not done using any native Swift whatsoever and it is clear that the end user UX was not taken into consideration at all. It’s simply a website on a mobile device. Primepoint is clearly not on top of trends and what their customers needs are as this app was never well thought out. It’s clear Primepoint just put this out there to say they have app.

Lot of improvement required
average google

App has some basic features, could improve a lot. I have used Adp app before, primepoint could learn a lot from it. Some basic features needed are 1- login based on faceid 2- ability to download paychecks as pdf files and share it.

Forced to use this app for work
Toddyyy boyyyy

Do your self a favor don’t use this app

Terrible
bdelper

The new update is absolutely terrible. Before the update it was easy to use now it essentially makes no sense.

Horrible mobile app
Jeremiah smoker

Difficult to navigate. Not set up to use as a mobile app. It redirects to its website which is technically mobile friendly but it is set up like a desktop version. Buttons disappear like when making requests for time off and such, it decides when it wants to send email alerts for approvals. Employer forced this system on us. Would not recommend

Update not impressive
Daily multi user

Easy to use. Wish a finger print could be used rather then entering a password every time you use the app.
