The game is very laggy with no customer support. If you submit a issue to request support , you Will not receive a response. To compete in the game you will have spend hundreds of dollars. While the people in the game can make it fun, the people in the game can make it a bad and annoying experience. Don’t download

Can’t keep the game functional

They are constantly are letting the game crash during events. Provide poor compensation given the fact you lose all your troops from getting attacked when the game randomly comes back online. Requests to have your troops and items list due to their game failures are ignored. Currently we had a big weekend event that didn’t happen because of some error and only a couple of players are able to score now.

Bugs galore but still fun

The game is great for anyone that likes strategy, statistics, and using your wits. With that being said the “hero icon” and the “backwards” button are layered on top of each other so it pulls up the hero page about 3-5 times before it will finally go back to the regular dashboard. Very annoying and off putting for beginning players.

They have just about given up on supporting players in the game. Recently the incoming enemy warning quit working and they continue to do NOTHING to fix the problem or even reply to messages left on the support page. I used to spend a lot of money on this game, but no more with this load of cramp.

this game is a great time killer. been a fan for a long time. just started playing it again and still loving it. it is addictive but also satisfying and simple.

Not sure what’s going on but I’ve been having an issue with the game for months and I’ve just been getting ignored. I’ve sent a help request at least 3 times through the game, once or twice through the website, tried over twitter, and have even reached out to apple support to see if there was some other way to talk to someone and nobody answered me.

Not sure why people are complaining about the game being ptw. I have been playing for a while now and have a decent account and have only spent 20 bucks which I wish I could get back. I know plenty of people who haven’t spent a dime and are big players. I think the problem lies that people wish to be one of the biggest players in the game in a month. This game has been out for years how do you expect to play with people in the 100 billions?

Do not DL this game, lag is horrible, people cheat and the owners don’t care about the game.. their customer service is the worse, game hasn’t been updated in 2 years.. save yourself a headache!!
