The EasyRit application is linked to the online management environment My EasyRit. There you can manage, modify, download, import and (automatically) export your trip administration for sending to your mailbox or that of your accountant. EasyRit has many thousands of users who have already registered more than hundreds of millions of kilometers via the app.
The EasyRit app functionalities:
o Start and end position of the mileage (automatic calculation);
o Date and time;
o Automatically calculate the route with 3 route options. The selected route is then stored at street level;
o Adjustable type of trip: private, home / work or business;
o Entered private air-miles if you drive business kilometers and private kilometers during the same journey;
o Favorite trips can be set (the journey data can be called in 1 click)
o Save tags (eg for debtor declaration);
o Address book (recent locations, favorite locations);
o Link with addresses from telephone contacts;
o Add multiple vehicles;
o Set up e-mail reports;
o Automatically synchronize with the cloud.
The My EasyRit online management environment (the cloud):
o An online management program with KM dashboard;
o Import in .CSV and export in Excel or .CSV format;
o Set the mileage allowance (amount);
o Possibility to enter or adjust rides afterwards; so you can put your administration in order with retroactive effect;
o Notification for conflicting trips, for example if a trip does not connect correctly;
o Add multiple vehicles;
o Set up e-mail reports.

Your employer and the Tax Authorities can check the correctness of a trip registration on the basis of, for example, office diaries, garage notes, electronic route planners, etc. Therefore, keep this information in good order. Make regular backups for your own administration. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data.
