I didn't use a lot of different Bible apps but once I tried this I didn't want to use anything else. I now use it for about 10 years, ya for so long that when I started there weren't as much people on earth yet. I've been so blessed with this app that I do praise the lord I've come across it.
E-sword is better on the computer than on iPhone or iPad. One glitch that drives me nuts is any time I go awhile using e-Sword only on the computer, my paid resources disappear from the e-Sword app on my phone and iPad and I have to redownload them over and over, which means digging out the information over and over. It’s really frustrating. If my resources would stop disappearing and needing redownloading, I would use the mobile apps more. I use a different app instead on mobile because of this issue. Even having a way to redownload resources without having to dig out product keys over and over would make me use this more. The computer app is excellent.
This Bible app is by far the best. However, if it were updated in such a way that all your highlights and editor notes were accessible from every device, that would make it a million times better. That’s is the only change I would love to see made to it. Other than that, great app!
The app is great, still trying to figure out how to cross reference.
The devotional portion of this app has been my most favorite go to! Strong’s concordance extremely helpful, easy to use! Please make adaptable for the Apple Watch with scripture notifications through the day!! Always on the go and need these scriptures to refocus!!! Thanks!!
The worst one is in Mathew 6:13 missing yours is the kingdom power and glory.
To have the amount of material available alongside most translations available in one location makes this companion to the pic version and the benefit to my personal bible studies a true blessing.
Was my favorite Bible app. Until I was left with 1 choice the KJV. Having other FREE Bible translations readily available was what made this app unique, having the ability to research words through Lexicons and discover deeper meanings offered richness to a believers walk. Now all these resources are unavailable. KJV is full of mistranslations.
With commentaries, Hebrew translations and more. It is hands down my favorite Bible app, YV comes very close second just for the ease of use. But please, two words... DARK MODE! I study 90% of the time at night and frankly, it's very bothersome to use if it's the only light source is a super white background. Also, and this is just my preference but, a little update to the UI would be even better. Right now it's, functional. But just a little style or fair wouldn't hurt at all, I have to admit.
