This game is a cheating game

First, I have to say the daily golden edict which would give 3-6 stars officer is 3-4 stars edict, since I always get 3 stars straight for more than 10 days (4 stars twice only). Not just the edicts, but every 3-6 stars chest or bag you have, would give you the least quality. One more, it seems like no matter how active I am (usually spend around 2-4hrs/day), the developers only satisfy who pay, but not who play. Extremely disappointed with this game, when the power requirement in campaign mode is 185000 but I got 190000, still I can’t defeat it.

Obvious cash grab is obvious

The gameplay is about on par with the console versions of the game, so if you like dynasty warriors you will probably like this. My issue with the game is its obvious attempt at getting your money, and not in a subtle way. When I get a game that I think I may like I will usually put some money into it, usually grabbing the beginner packs and such .99 here 4.99 there to show support. But when the lowest package you can get is in the teens like 19.99 or I believe in this case 29.99 ( I’m not fully sure which since I uninstalled it already) it tells me that the developers are in it for the short term trying to get as much money as soon as possible. Not worth my time if that’s the case since I like to buy things but spending what’s essentially a pc games worth for mobile game packages is too hard to swallow.

Great game, but...

It is an absolutely fantastic title in the DW franchise, but I have one problem with it. The fire chariots do way too much damage to the player. It is so strong that it can rip through my 6* silver lvl 6o Yu Jin with 103,650 power in a little over a minute. It would be much appreciated if you can nerf that. Overall, though it is a fantastic game, and I highly would recommend it to other people, keep up the good work game devs!

A very good free to play game

I find this game tone underappreciated for the innovations present in the game. Obviously there is an encouragement to pay for in game goodies, but the people who don’t like that are probably people with little ability to avoid instant gratification (though I am certainly guilty of this from time to time). Some suggestions include an optional subscription that streamlines some of the purchases needed for continuous gameplay (like infinite baozis and the like). Of course I don’t know if that is in the budget as microtransactions are rather delicate in this regard. But some research could be fruitful. Further, I think that a small number of large scale battles (in the manner of previous games) could be quite enjoyable. Indeed, it wouldn’t take a large number of such maps. I personally appreciated the strategy of picking which bases to raid/defend to be quite enjoyable. Adding such a strategic element (even if it doesn’t incorporate the large maps from earlier) would add a fun addition to the game, I think. Finally, I would request that the plot continue as resources permit. I enjoyed playing the the campaign, and I would appreciate such an option. Thank you for your hard work.

Same old same old

Fun but gets repetitive after a few weeks. Been playing 23 days straight. Countless 5* Edict scrolls used. Numerous 4* warriors fused. Not one Nat 5 gold attained (Guan Yu was earned). Seems like you're not getting a Nat 5 gold character unless you pay $$$ for packs in their shop. Got a bunch of bronze and silver... Completely useless though. At this point I've found myself logging in, seeing if I receive a scroll, if not, I wait till the next day. I'm not going to grind away or pay money to build up average characters. Probably should be spending more time doing something more productive anyway. Will edit my review if anything ever changes. Update: Just reached day 28. At this point even attaining edicts is virtually impossible. Reward prizes have changed for the worse over the last few days. Any edicts I did have fielded duplicates as usual. Still have not received a Nat 5 gold. At this point I've lost interest. Update for developer as of 6/7/18: Deleted the Dynasty Warriors Unleashed app a week ago because of frustrations. Still not getting any Gold Nat 5s. Way to easy to click on a box for spending ingots when you didn't want to and there's no confirm option in case you accidentally clicked (like in the daily free scrolls menu or when on a treasure search and have to spend ingots to leave early). Also have the same issue with selling weapons and armor when you didn't want to. Good luck in the future.
