The app doesn’t work any more but the lights work what should I do about the app?

App won’t connect anymore. Just suddenly stopped working. Lights are on and working for now, but app just doesn’t work.

Set up was simple, features are great, having the remote app makes it even better to switch from lighting, video and music thanks!! Initial unit was defective however customer service sent me my replacement and been working great since
Factory reset doesn’t work in iOS 13+

My dreamscreen 4K doesn’t show up in either of my wifi networks but it does show up when i connect to its wifi hotspot. When i try to do a factory reset on it to reconnect to the wifi it doesn’t do anything. It still tries to connect to the same network. I read online some other people were having the same issue and got it to work by using a device that is pre-ios13 or an android device, so i will try that next. Might be nice to have one of those factory reset buttons on the actual device for when apps inevitably have issues.

Won’t stay connected to WiFi in iOS 13

I rarely had issues with this app but since upgrading to iOS 13 i have lost connectivity with my DreamScreen 4K daily. Fixing it is an incredibly frustrating process requiring me to reset nearly every digital device in the house. Please fix!

Currently the app does not seem to work on the now publicly available iOS 13. The app seems to fail to determine wether the phone is on WiFi or not and simply does not control on my perfectly fine working setup since 2017. Rip.

Between the software and rude customer service I spent over $200 and it was an utter waste. iOS software is crap too. After a year half of the lights do not work.
