App Malfunction when anyone signs up

These are times when we need results and messages that relay those results discreetly and rapidly. Severe lack in that department, wish I went to a different facility that used other more reliable means of relaying important and timely information. Pathetic

Not a fan! Error message with most screens. App doesn’t seem very functional. Could use improvements.

From rescheduling an appointment, messaging my dr. and having access to my medical history, it makes everything really convenient. I highly recommend this app!

Super handy when it works, but it crashes frequently and has to be uninstalled then reinstalled. I hope they fix it because I’d like to keep using it.
Not Created for Multiple Patients

As you’ve read in other reviews, you can not schedule appointments for multiple family members using app. Big downside for me attempting to manage my 2 children’s chiropractic appointments.
Challenge to attach photos

Challenges with attaching photos, which could be useful to your doctor. - Only does square photos when your phone likely took a vertical photo - Trying to Attach a photo seems to clear the subject line of your message - The photo doesn’t actually seem to attach to your message, even though it has you go through the workflow
Impossible to use

My doctor sent me an email which led me to download the providers version of this app. I figured it out and downloaded the correct one but now I can’t connect with the doctor because the doctor has to invite me. I get reminders for appointments that I can’t connect to, respond to or even see in this app. My Chart works great, ZocDoc doesn’t give me problems. Why my doctor chose this app for scheduling is beyond me.
