Won’t even start

I know that this game is said to be great and full of potential, but how can I see that if I can’t even play the game. This game is slow and won’t even start. Please fix this so I can play the game. This game looks soooo fun and everyone seems to be having a blast playing it. Thank you sooooo much for listening. I can’t wait to play the game.

The game isn’t giving me drops

Honestly I love this game. It’s one of the best games I have ever played, but with the recent update I haven’t been getting drops from enemies when they are killed. Also when I am trying to unlock a new area on the map the enemies that I kill don’t count for the crystal to another area. Please fix this as soon as possible because this game is great and I want too keep playing

It keeps crashing

The game keep crashing during the first behemoth battle and I don’t during the battle but trying to from a party filled will npcs . And not just that even touching the make party button or the behemoth makes it crash and I restarted the app 7 time and my phone 3 times and it still keeps happening. So case in point I need a fixed game.

I love this game, however...

This game is very nice and I love playing it, but when I transferred over to my iPad to play with a bigger screen, I find that almost everything I do results in the app crashing. I cannot leave the town, or access anything that requires loading. Please fix this issue, as I really want to start playing again. Thanks!

Black screen

Every time I use 10x summon there’s a black screen and it takes my gems and I get nothing. I’ve already spent 800 gems. Need help!

The game started off great but up until recently the game had undergone a few updates that made the game experience unpleasant, when fighting behemoths the screen goes completely black even if that’s not the behemoths ability to blind you because some behemoths makes the screen black as a form of debuff. When forming a party you get disbanded for no reason and I recently went thru a problem when I purchased some gems for summoning behemoths to get good gear but once you’ve spent a nice amount of gems on summoning you’re awarded with free summoning meaning you can get another chance of summoning strong behemoths furthering your chance to get that weapon, gear or a full set of the premier behemoth. But the game froze and I had no choice but to reset my game, upon returning to the game after resetting I didn’t have the option of my free summoning even after mentioning it to the developers I still haven’t been compensated for my loss, so it seems that they have no problem taking my money but cannot help fix the issue or help me get what I paid for, this was a good game worth 5 stars but recently with the few updates it’s been more of a headache ??

This is a great game but I wanted to do some updates to make this game better. The bethomoth screen turned completely black an I don’t know why but who cares. I think you should use summon tickets for bethomon and magic. Like 1 ticket for 1 summon or something. But thank for this fantastic game!!!

Fun but has some extremely stupid parts

This game is fun don’t get me wrong it’s like pocket version of monster hunter and there is a ton of monsters plus it’s not really a pay to win game BUT. The npc bots that you get on your team when there isn’t real players in your team are just horrible. I mean they have starting gear no matter what you are up against like the only true way to beat monsters is if you are fortunate for someone to join your team. Please please please make the bots stronger I mean they can completely ruin your fight. 2nd some of the monsters are ridiculously hard and you have to hope you have a good team that can kill it fast before you are absolutely destroyed by completely crazy unblockable abilities. 3rd and I shouldn’t even have to write this but your help menu is literally missing things I mean it doesn’t even have instructions on how to use certain weapons. I had to research how to use my oracle type spear because you guys only added instructions for a couple types of Spears. You would think you guys could at least make a complete help menu. Anyways fix these minor things at least do the bots those are the just worst and it’ll be fs 5 star game.

This game used to be a major go to for me and my 6+ but now it’s nothing but stability issues. I can’t even load into the game without crashing every time, I also put a little bit of money into it. Please if the devs read this work on stability for older gen devices I want to enjoy this game again.

The recent armor that you get from defeating behemoth bathyr is sick! I wonder what other awesome things will be out there in store!
