You Guys Geberally Provide Both Excellent Service & And Sell Great Products,Personally I Have No Complaints---The Only Thing Im Wondering Is Why Customers Only Get 10 Piece Of The Pie Rewards Per Purchase As Opposed To Per Pie Purchased---I Think It Would Be More Fair If People Got 10 Points Per Pie Based On Medium Pie Purchases & Larger---Also The Ability To Change Your Store Preference In App Would Be Really Great Too Lol....Other Than That You Guys Did A Really Great Job....Keep Up The Good Work!!!

This app gets the job done just fine, but it’s got the usability and GUI of a $40 tablet with a no-name OS on the shelf at your local pharmacy. I guess Domino’s doesn’t leave much money allotted in the budget for app development. Food is always amazing, never have a problem with Domino’s food quality or service. It’s this app that leaves tons to be desired!

Won’t let me change my email

I can’t figure out how to change my email address. Even when I’m checking out & it lists my email I attempt to edit it then & it still won’t change. Disappointed it settings.

I walked in place my order for 2 pizzas as a carry out. The manager told me that it would be 30 minutes. Another lady came in 15 minutes after me and placed her order as carry out, manager also told her it would be 30 minutes. I sat and waited for over an hour. Others were coming in placing their order and getting their pizzas. When I asked the manager about my order he stated that he could not find my order and does not know what happen ( manager took my order). He apologized and said he would fix them and give them to me free of charge ( I already paid with my card). I feel that I was discriminated against cause I was the only one of color v whites that got their orders after they were placed. I went next door to Harris Teeter and placed my order for 2 pizzas with them and got them less than 30 minutes. Dominos in Pinecroft Mall need to serve the diversity community in which it is located.

Selecting your items is easy enough, getting through the payment phase, not so much. Confusing buttons that don't clearly explain their functions, in my opinion.

App is really confusing not easy to navigate. If I want to reorder 3 items out of 4 from a previous order I have to delete the ones I don’t want instead of just tapping on the ones I want.
Cant add some additional items when using coupon

From my experience, if you are logged in and select a coupon to use as a carryout order, you cannot add additional items that you may want specifically such as dipping sauces and drinks. The app will recommend some items to add to your order at the review or checkout stage but you cannot specifically add items to the order. For instance if I want to add a butter garlic dipping sauce to the $7.99 carryout special, its nowhere to be found. I want to add a 20oz Coke, nope, can only buy a recommended 2 litre. Frustrating
