Great - A Couple Features Away From Perfect
Todd_Daddy

I almost didn't write this review because it would echo almost everything that's already been said about the app: beautiful interface, well thought out GTD implementation, etc. The biggest thing for me is the Web app, which is amazing. I work for a typical large corporation, and I just got tired waiting for other developers to get out of their Mac OS fantasyland and realize that many of us who own an iPhone are forced to use Windows by our employers. The one thing I didn't see the most recent reviews mention is (@DEV - FEATURE REQUEST FROM PRO USER ;) the lack of dragging and dropping to reorder tasks (a la Any.do or Appigo's ToDo). It does exist within the "Doit Now" section of Today, but nowhere else in the app. I like that you can filter the views and group by certain attributes, but it would be so much more freeing just to be able to do it anywhere in the app. Moreover, it's actually based on the sound GTD principle of "intuitive" prioritization. The other thing I found a little bit silly was the LACK of an option to have App Badge = Doit now tasks. I mean, that seems to be one of the hallmarks of the app ... you're in your Next Actions, you click on the little lightning bolt, and it pops up in Today under a special "Doit now" heading. Which is awesome. So why not let the user configure the app badge so it corresponds to the number of tasks in that bucket? I would also echo what the others said on Reminders integration. Re: iCal, the thing that would make this app KILLER for me is to see my Calendar events IN THE DOIT.IM APP under the Today and Tomorrow views. That way, as I am planning my days, I can see what's coming up for appointments and how much time I realistically have to check off my to-do's without ever having to leave the app. NEED TO GET ICAL SYNC, GCAL SYNC IS CLEARLY BROKEN AS OTHER USERS HAVE WRITTEN ABOUT!

Awesome app that follows gtd
compwiz32

Beautifully laid out app that just works! The functionality closely mirrors the gtd system of doing things. Absolutely no issues... Just wish they had tasks that repeat from completion date in addition to tasks that repeat from due date. I was a heavy Toodledo user and always loved the functionality but i could never get the right mix of info displayed in the app. Basically, I loved the power of the program but I never found the right mix of lists and views to keep me aware of what I had to do. Doit - on the other hand - has a clean interface with all the info that I need on one screen. It's a beautiful app that is actively updated by the vendor. Sorry Toodledo - I made the switch and I haven't looked back.

Outstanding!
Armistead1955

This is an excellent app! Synching works well, it is GTD compliant. It is wonderful!

Good concept but buggy
Quark Gluon Plasma

While the app mostly works, it tends to freeze up when I try to cancel out of a submenu.

Great app
Britrudu

I don't use it for anything major, just little reminders for my day and schedule recurring tasks, but It great.

Great for managing work tasks
DentonOR

I tried out countless "to do" apps to help me manage my work tasks and this one is definitely my favorite. It has just enough functionality to handle complex work projects/tasks without being overly complicated.

Requires $20/year for full function
nTopia

It's a promising app, but the description doesn't mention that this app requires a $20/year subscription to Doit.im. Without it you can sync once a day on one device only, which means your devices will always be at least one day out of sync with each other! So don't plan on syncing if you don't want to pay $20/year.

need push notification

Add this and I will give 5 stars

nice app
stilking

best GTD app ever, but the iOS interface still needs to be improved.

Amazing gtd app

I have to say that after using close to 50 apps this is the best one I've come across. It's clean easy has a beautiful interface and is very simple to use. Thanks.
