Rough Experience.

Getting on board as a paying subscriber was a complete disaster, then documents started disappearing. Getting support is nearly impossible. (Update 01-12-22) Docusign is looking into addressing my concerns. I look forward to their thoughts and workout of my issues and will revisit my review then.

Very easy to use. Wish it had the ability to pre-fill a Textbox for my clients, probably my only complaint!

I live on the road and am a “gig worker”. I could not imagine doing company paperwork on the road, at libraries, whatever. This app simplifies my life and it is so easy to use. You can even share documents for multiple signatures. It’s so easy!!!

the app is not working at all
I was so surprised to see how easy I can do so much things without using a computer. Couple days ago I’m just falling in love with this app no complain, I highly recommend it,very easy to use

Terrible setting up the APP and logging in (initially)!!! Once logged in, no problems.
