Not a bad little app. Love having character sheets in my phone. BUT, On cantrip/spell page, once "add" has been selected, advertisement repositions to block the necessary field from use. MAJOR problem... Does paid version fix this?
Took all the time to transpose my info over and this won't even save a character. No matter what I do it will not save when I make a character. Please fix.
All fields have to be entered manually. Ability scores don't auto-populate into skill checks, races and backgrounds (and relevant perks) must be typed yourself. You'd do just as well downloading Acrobat Reader and using the official Wizards character sheet through that.
It's a cool idea for an app, although the adds that appear when I use it make it unusable. Whenever I open the app, it will automatically open an add and bring me straight to the App Store, without me even touching the screen. Please fix.
All of the information has to be entered manually which adds a nice level of customization but nothing auto calculates as you level which is a little frustrating. The solid red background is hard on the eyes, even for a lover of red like myself. And this app automatically opens your App Store to promote adds while you are in the middle of typing in your characters information. This app needs a lot of work.
the rpg scribe beats this by millions of cool points. i wish they would just release that with a 5th ed update.
Every time I try to open the app an ad plays. When I try to close the ad, it sends me to the App Store. I can't even get into the character sheet. This app is completely unusable for the iPhone.
Full of ads...the free version is unusable. Plus the app itself is ugly. Not recommended.
I'm forced to dismiss intrusive ads that take me out of the app every few seconds. What little I was able to see of the app was also disappointing: Race and Class require filling in manually, instead of selecting from a list; and I saw no indication that racial bonuses are calculated in. Ads aside, there are other apps that do more of the tedious background math for you. This app needs a lot of love to earn more stars.
Every few seconds, it kicks you out of the app to send you to the App Store. The programmer should be ashamed of himself for this travesty of an app.
