has a flaw

zoo we amam lamo

ok so i love djay but the automatic tempo recognizer doesn't work most of the time. when i tried to put in an accapella to match it as the same tempo for my instrumental, it put the tempo on 153.6 instead the tempo it should have put which was 80. this is a large problem for me because it's important that everything for my music matches up correctly.

Amazing app - just still needs the ability for the user to delete the playback history

Music source

jam miramar

With the loss of Spotify as a music source on DJay Pro, I tried several other sources available to find a suitable replacement. None seem to replace Spotify providing comparable selection and sound quality, with Beatsource and their counterpart being the worst. While they did offer the coveted BPM feature, my playlists mapped using the recommended “tune my music” to many unmatched tracks, some even in a different genre that basically rendered the playlists unusable. I was so disenchanted that I gave serious consideration to dumping the app and just keeping Spotify until I tried Tidal. While very pricy, the premium subscription offers comparable sound quality and even higher quality at a higher price. Track selections also match Spotify premium tracks without the BPM feature, but Djay will add that as I play each track in the app over time. More importantly, the playlists mapped to the same track and artist as before. The down side is that I’m now stuck paying for Spotify where I share playlists with family members in addition to the new Tidal 1-user subscription. I still enjoy using the Djay app, but only time will tell if the extra cost is worth it... 3 stars versus the previous 5 for my trouble and expense is all I can muster for now. Maybe Djay will do a little arm twisting and Tidal will add the BPM feature at some point in the near future to redeem my confidence.

It’s a sad day if you’re visually impaired

D. J. Djay Touch M. D.

It’s a sad day for visually impaired people who DJ with this app! The app does not allow you to route the voiceover between headphones or speakers anymore like it was accessible and I was 13. With a news update of iOS 14 this is no longer the case and it is not accessible to people who are visually impaired the way that he used to be! Is very disappointing because I have use this app for many years and I have spent thousands of dollars on different controllers and now it’s send me that I must leave! Sure you can buy one of their controllers and things might work, But if you buy a more professional or expensive controller Sally the voiceover accessibility is not the same and cannot be roots it through just the headphones anymore! The voiceover is heard through the speakers as well as the headphones making the DJ experience for visually impaired people impossible to enjoy with everyone else! Goodbye DJ a Y until this issue was fixed and as I said I have canceled my subscription and if you are visually impaired you should cancel yours to

How do I get my money back

Great app. The one thing I would like to see is some way to calculate the bpm of an entire playlist without having to load each song individually. I hope you guys can look into this. Thanks.

Screwed me

Chris Lowden

Totally screwed me by not having Spotify anymore.

Why is everything a membership now?

SlidThunder

I had djay 2 for the longest until the app deleted itself & now I had to download the newest version which meant a subscription fee for everything I had already which was FREE. Ex automix can’t have my music mixing it self without a paid membership. Who pays for a membership on a dj app? I rather pay once & no more fees.
