Divino - Minecraft Edition (A Guessing Game With Clues For Parents And Kids)

Do you need something fun to do … for both parents and kids, perhaps while waiting in a line? Divino - Minecraft Edition is the answer. Both the “Item to Guess” and the “Clue” are on the screen while playing, so that:
Category Price Seller Device
Games $0.99 Lori Kingshott iPhone, iPad, iPod

The clue is consistent and helpful, even if the other players don’t know how to describe the “Item to Guess” in a helpful way.

-Kids who love Minecraft will love this game
-Parents can learn about Minecraft the easy way

After you press the “Play Now” button, the screen will change to horizontal orientation and count down … 3, 2, 1, Go. During this time, turn the screen away from you (and toward the other players). A screen appears with the “Item to Guess” at the top. The timer counts down from 45 seconds. The “Clue” that the other players read to you is at the bottom. They will shout out the “Clue” on the screen or their own clues and you shout out your answer/guess. Once they let you know that you are correct, just shake the iPhone or iPad. This lets the game know that you got a "Hit". If you can’t guess it, touch the screen. This lets the game know that you got a "Miss". After 45 seconds the game ends and you will see the “Game Over” screen. You can choose to replay or to go back to the main screen from here.

I didn't understand kids minecraft discussions until I found this app. After playing this app with my own kids, I understand it to some degree. Minecraft is like Harry Potter with so many specific new terms. I confess that I have "played" Divino by myself just to learn new words. Trying to be the cool mom here! Please make this for other subjects too.

My kids and I love this app. With 3 boys addicted to Minecraft, we can talk about it -- and, for me, I can avoid the hundreds of hours of gameplay investment in the real Minecraft . When we're lined up for a movie or food, we play this app. The clues are at the bottom of the screen, so I can provide the clues even if I don't know what a crafting table, nether wart, ender chest or awkward portion is. My boys love providing me with the clues too and laugh heartily when I try to guess the answer.
