You can easily tell how much work they put into this game. Everything’s about it really works. The objectives and mechanics are great and it’s a lot of fun to play. Wouldn’t change a thing.

This is one of the few games that I downloaded that can run offline and still be as enjoyable as if it were online. The game has a simple concept of fishing with interesting additions such as leveling, better items, different characters and odd items. This being said, I’ve had my fun with the game, along with the couple struggles I’ve faced. The game is great, but for the long run there are some problems that keep me from wanting to return. After playing the game for a little over 2 hours, I found that getting the rarer fish wasn’t financially helpful as the more expensive food out-priced the total sale of all 25 rare fish. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fun game to get into if your bored and want to some time having fun fishing for unique fish/items in different locations. After a while, I thought I unlocked a character that looked like an Eskimo, but he never became unlocked. I didn’t know where to look for help on the issue, and became frustrated. Some of the GUI is messed up as well with the fish food you select not always appearing at the bottom of the screen, or the little radar button in the bottom left appearing. A simple app refresh usually fixes the issue, but it does come back up. In the future, I hope there is some updating done that I can come back to replay the game. The game has a lot of promise for being a good game in the future, and I will gladly come back if some more updating is done. -Ryan

The game is great for others, lots of potential and I could see people playing this to pass the time. As for me, the game is nowhere near satisfying enough to justify sitting down to play it :(. I can’t get any of the fish/items I need to trade even when using the best hook and bait I can afford, after 30 minutes I still can’t get even one trade-in at level 3. Second “hero” was introduced before I even leveled up my first one to 3, i racked up like $3000 coins from advertisements and fishing and I bought the best bait and hook yet I still only caught like two rare fish in the thirty minutes.. Pearls seem to be an extreme luxury. They’re scarce but so much is required to use them. There are a lot of other/similar games that provide a more satisfactory experience worth the time (sorry it sounds rude). I’ll keep the app but I don’t see myself playing it much.

I know devs do not have time to respond to everyone all the time but I had an issue so sent them a email about it. It did not take them long to send a detailed response that explained what was happening. I usually don’t write reviews but with an excellent game and developers who care about their consumers I was compelled to write one for these guys. Other than that the game is amazing and relaxing. It’s also deceptively deep with a lot more to do and unlock than it initially lead on. I would recommend it to everyone. Seriously, there is a lot to do in this game and it never felt like a chore doing any of it. I look forward to what they add in future updates!
