It’s the random song shuffle play for me❤️ I understand shuffle play, but why are there random songs from artists that are NOT in my playlist playing when I hit the play button? This is so annoying on my behalf and the customers behalf if other people have the same problem. Is this just part of the app? If so I believe everyone should consider moving to a more popular music streaming service. Their premiums cost less- Chile anyways so...

I thought deezer would finally be the app I could use, but nope. First of all, I thought the skips were for ads. NOT for the actual songs. I was trying to listen to LiSA but there were all sorts of different artists in a playlist for one of her album’s playlist that are only supposed to have HER songs. Not some other artists songs. The ads, app design and audio quality were the only things that were actually good about his app. AND when you want to listen to that certain song, and you don’t have enough “skips” then you simply can’t listen to it! You either listen to some song you’ve never heard before, or you listen to nothing. You need “premium” to listen to it. I know the app needs money, but it’s simply not very practical. I would have added ads every 2 songs Instead of 3, and used the skips to skip ads instead.

I love this app, normally. However, lately, the app has been force quitting itself when connected to Bluetooth headphones or any Bluetooth audio playback device after about a minute of use.

Of course every streaming service has to have one part that screws their customers for no reason. It’s pretty laughable to even be called a music streaming service with that song limit, and on top of that, boast about their flow algorithm that relies on you adding songs. Don’t bother with this app. They haven’t fixed this limit even after 2 years. Every feature on their support page that customers request are ignored and never implemented.

My friend told me there was a 15 day free trial and she tried it out and it worked great for her so you guys still carry it

Deezer account doesn’t want to work for premium

Why when I logged to my account and press on restore it said unable to restore ensure that you are connected the right Apple store account but each time I press restore it says the same thing I installed it than deleted it again but it don’t work
