Just point your iPhone or iPad camera towards the code, and bam, the code is there.
Decodely supports the following code formats:
- EAN-13/UPC-A
- UPC-E
- EAN-8
- Code 128
- Code 39
- Interleaved 2 of 5 and, of course
- QR Code, Aztec and PDF 417
Great idea, but it doesn't scan, just activates your camera and does nothing.
This app does absolutely nothing!!! It seems to recognize and scan a code, yet never presents any information. Worst app ever!!
Easy to scan, lists items scanned, just need the ability to email the list to someone.
Works better than ANY (even paid) barcode app I've tried on any device, ever. Most impressively, it reads very very quickly. I also like that it reads the barcode from anywhere on the screen. I use this at work to scan long lists of barcodes to later categorize on reports so it's tough to remember what codes go to what category after the fact. It's cumbersome to take the extra clicks to copy each code separately, switch to a memo app and paste. Either the ability to add notes to a scan, scan directly into another app, or even a editable memo within this app would solve that issue for me. This works so well I would gladly pay for these features. Even a bulk copy function would be nice.
I'm looking for a scanner that just reads the barcode, nothing else. This fills the bill and works well. Reads most common barcodes.
When you scan a scan bar it tells you the scan bar number. It does not tell you the price.
