Good app for easily communicating with the city. In just a few clicks I scheduled a time to pick up my sofa. Couldn’t have been faster.

This app is a great improvement. The map feature actually works and ALL service requests are on the app, talking about a great Self-Help tool.
App needs a LOT of work

Slow, buggy, and won’t work for me at all until ability to upload photos and, crucially, app’s ability to fill location info from photos. Or just bring back the Dallas 311 app. Which seems like it would be a whole lot easier. But it appears Dallas has a contract with Salesforce for all this. Seems like the city at least should’ve gotten a fully developed app out of the deal.
Doesn’t work

Tried twice to submit a new report but the app won’t let me click on “Continue” after filling in all of the fields under Contact Information (the next-to-last step for submitting a request). All four fields turned green, so I know I filled in the requisite info. I would contact the developer to report this problem, but I cant. There’s is no contact information in the App Store. And the app also won’t let me submit a comment. Too bad. The old app worked great. Hopefully future versions will work. UPDATE: The phone number field only accepts the format of ###-###-####. Stupid.
Great App and cool upgrade

Glad the City upgraded the app. It is much more easier to submit and search for service requests. Navigation and photo upload features are great!!!

I use the code violations section to report water violations. I love that we can upload multiple photos, manually input the address, and record day and time. A few things I would change: 1. When selecting the day of the violation there are two Wednesday options and no Thursday option 2. Allow selection of multiple violations, day and time are frequent companions to other violations 3. Keyboard (on iPhone) doesn’t include arrows in upper left to move to next input field more quickly to enter contact information
