Reviews

Cyclist

The best and one of the most informative bicycle magazines being published.

I love the narrative
stucklog

So good. Not laden with crappy looking ads. Just pure awesome content

What happened?
snookie1

This magazine was looking very promising with great content but they screwed it all up. The iPad interface is terrible and hard to use. There are no ads but the "reviews" are a few paragraphs and are more like ads. Maybe they are. Simply not worth paying for.

Great Magazine, Atrociously Bad App
MUTiger111

Revision of a previous review here. After three days of attempting to get a readable version of the magazine, I was finally successful. It is a great looking app when working correctly, but frustrating that I had to have so much trouble with it first. My 5 stars today average with my single star previously to give a rating of 3, which I feel the unreliable downloads and frustration justify.

Bad Update - again
Sprote

Update - no action whatsoever on fixing the disappearing subscriber issue. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. MAJOR RIP OFF. Seems every time this app gets updated I go through a two month struggle to get my subscription straightened out. Time to end that stream of wasted money. Or better yet, request a refund from iTunes for a fraudulent app. I paid for issues that it keeps asking me to pay for again. Seems like fraud to me.

Happy subscriber again.
bdolive

After a few exchanges with customer service, I'm able to download issues again on the newest version and more importantly, read one of my favorite magazines.

Update stinks -still doesn't work
JDL8338

More than a month now. Can't read TWO issues I paid for and no idea when A fix will be posted. Getting annoyed and close to demanding $$ back.

Difficult to Navigate
Texan-HOU

Not very user friendly. Scroll sideways for the title page of each article, then scroll down(or attempt to) to read it. It's up to you to figure out if it's a one page article or not. That is, if you can scroll through successfully. Great publication but the ap is so terrible I won't resubscribe.

App keeps crashing
jasjayou

App won't stay open for more than 10 seconds without crashing. Just deleted and reinstalled the app - to no effect.

Subscription doesn't work in app
AspireCycling

I've contacted the app support team at least 10 times for support. Its like a robot answering the questions. No help at all. Keep promising an app update that never comes. I love the magazine but I can't get the magazine through the app. It wants me to pay for issues I've already a subscribed to. App days I have a subscription but won't let me download. Terribly frustrating. I've contacted iTunes to ask for a refund. Couldn't be more disappointed.
