So I get in to play my game an it takes 5min to get to the cosmic cow theme thing then it takes another 5min yo load that. Why in the freckling heck is that.... And I'm 12 bye

I have a realm with my pets and ext but I set all the permissions to only me and now I have no permissions there! I can’t get my pets or any of my items I’m super ticked off

Cubic Castles is an amazing game because it teaches people how to problem solve and make things on there own. For instance you want to make a shirt well to make it without spending money you have to get cotton. Another thing is you get to interact with people and that’s amazing. You could make new friends! They always have admins to keep cubic castles safe and fair for everyone and you can always call an admin over via holla or by getting simply a lot of people to report someone. Reporting is good cause you get justice and make sure cubic castles is safe and fair. There are no issues i have with this game is is both creative and fun for everyone. The game is not for little kids though because you do have to get supplies and learn how to go get instructions to get them and a help from a parent would be nice for smaller kids lower than 10. But other than that this game is good for the whole family and it is worth checking out for sure!!! -Love KillerMinerGirl ❤️❤️

I.love.this.game. I can’t stop playing it! From its charming graphics to its fun aspects the game never gets old, farming is always fun and I never get bored of this game. BUT I found a maybe bug in the vends? Let me explain, now I’m fully aware that scamming exists, but the “un realistic price” keeps messing me up! I’ve literally done everything! I’ve done 30,20,50,60,70 but nothing works! I’ve literally even went from 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 etc! I’m not saying to get rid of this but, I’m saying at least have something that says go lower or higher. Yes I’ve tried this for multiple items, yes I’ve put glass over the vend. Heck sometimes I write 38 and it says “vending machine set to 1” also in the terms of use, it says report bugs or issues to the cubic staff but, I CANT FIND THE CUBIC STAFF! Even on the official website! Please add a go lower or higher thing so that it makes sense!

I love the game but there’s a problem. There is a portal on my island in the middle of it that I want gone. I can’t pick it up at all or go in it I don’t even know how it got there. I was just wondering if this could be fixed. My username is Jay29 and my realm name is SHOP. Please help ASAP.

It's a great game, trust me. But I feel like the amount of memory it takes up is extremely large. I noticed that the app says installing, even though I already had it installed. I go to the App Store and try to hit open but it doesn't do anything. I also can't uninstall it. Please help.

This game won’t let me in because it’s supposedly out of date. The game on the appstore does not show an update. Is it because of my phone not being updated?

It says I have made too many accounts, but even when I sign out I can't play! I only make other accounts when I forget my old ones. I can't log into the old ones, either. Also, the level for pets to follow you is ridiculous, and because of this account issue it is not even worth it! So basically I can't make any new accounts or login to my old ones, I don't want to reset the IP because that might delete my brother's account. Please make a limit for the system, not the IP.
