Just need to remove login info and need to put more instruction because I am stuck at one of the obstacle in the beginning and I have no idea how to cross it.

I find it very disappointing that I could not get the app to work. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the only thing I could get it to do after struggling to put in a UN/PW was an error message of which I could not even contact the developer about to report a problem for them to fix.
