Crew Fitness

Crew Fitness is indoor rowing, re-imagined. Low impact, high intensity, real results. Our Crew finds joy in fitness and community. We row to relieve stress, shred fat, tone muscle, and transform our bodies. We row for life. Rowing to the beat, we come together as a Crew in 45-minute sessions of fitness and fun. Our Crew alternates between intervals on the rower and body-sculpting movements off of the rower. The music is motivating. The atmosphere is electric. Our coaches are inspiring. Crew Fitness is a complete fitness program, including childcare and nutrition counseling.
