Was a great app when I downloaded it 6yrs ago. Haven’t had an update in at least 3yrs...needs an update.

This is a great app for anyone in law enforcement who wants to track all your vacation time and paid overtime. Since they did the update with more colors it’s much easier to track things.

Not a fan of the newly updated redesign. The old darker version was way nicer to read and navigate. I also have the purchased pro version version of app yet nothing is available to select from the Pro menu like different style templates.

I previously gave a 1 star review instead of just emailing the creator of the app to see if there was a fix to the new update(which there was). The new update works just like the original app if not better. I feel like a “Karen” who just started complaining and not acting like a problem solving adult. Apologizes to the creator and great job on the app.
2021 dates are wrong

I have just downloaded this app because it’s perfect for what I need. I have the lad test version but the January start date is wrong which obviously throws off the whole year and defeats the purpose of the app. I’ve sent two emails to customer support but have no heard back. Did anyone else have this problem? If so is there a way I can fix it so I can use this awesome app?

Had a problem with text not being highlighted. Sent an email to the support guys with a picture. After a few emails the problem was taken care of and rolled into an app update. Could not have asked for better service.

I loved this app and I literally use it multiple times a day. Just earlier this evening (January 18th, 2021) I realized my CopApp had updated itself since the last time I used it earlier today. It appears that almost all the notes I had entered on any date where I did not also change the color to blue, green, yellow, or red (the only color choices on the old version) are now GONE!!! I’m now trying to recreate MONTHS (even years) of data from memory. ??? UPDATE!!! I emailed the app developers and they helped me get full functionality back! I am a happy camper again ?
