In my world of nursing and orthopedics we spell it as "arthroplasty", not arthoplasty. Not sure I can trust the content of this app.

So many spelling and grammatical errors that some of the questions don't even make sense! Okay for a free app but I wouldn't buy the full version based on how poorly written the content of the free version is. This isn't even close to the real type of questions asked on CMSRN exam, either.

Don’t pay for the full version of this app like I did. There are errors in the questions as well as the rationales for the questions. In addition, several questions have spelling errors.
