Didn’t save my video

I enjoyed the editing because it was super easy and natural looking but once I saved the video it didn’t appear in my photo gallery?

I want to know how to get my money back from this terrible app. I tried several (short 15 second videos) on here and when I go to save it say it will take “562929281 days 5 hrs and 2 mins to process” not even joking... it’s ridiculous!!!!!!

Obviously a scam, does little it claims to do. Notice how all 5-star ratings are from 2 years ago? That’s ballot box stuffing at its prime. All recent ones are 1 or 2 stars. AVOID this app! I will report it to Apple while they give me a refund!
