Back in 2017 I created an account by the name of SpikeI broke my old phone and got a new phone I’ve been trying to log back into my account and it says that I am account phishing now I can’t get back into my account

I’ve been playing this game for years I switched devices and wasn’t able to get my progress back and all they did to help was ban me from the game for a month.

Been playing this game since 2014 haven’t played about a year or so didn’t have a super cell I’d so I make one come to find out I dot. Have my old account so I try to recover Azerath witch is my th 7 it’s linked to my fb nd email been since 2014 nd u ban me for so called phishing attempts this is ridiculous

I haven’t played in years and I couldn’t recover my Town via Facebook. When I opened a ticket I talked to a robot and an illiterate or lazy human who just copy pasted and didn’t read anything I wrote. After years of playing supercell games I’m pretty livid about the customer service
