The CF Health Check app lets you manage your health online by connecting you with your personal CF health information 24/7. If you receive care at a CF Foundation-accredited care center, you can now have mobile access to your health information from clinic visits, sync information from other devices, like a Fitbit, and securely plan for visits with your care team to save time and share what’s most important to you.

• See trends in your CF Foundation Patient Registry data such as pulmonary and nutrition outcomes, culture and lab results, and medications.
• Plan for upcoming clinic visits with a CF Questionnaire about your health goals, questions, and symptoms since your last visit.
