Great app for people trying to coordinate care resources

Nice app that is very intuitive to use out-of-the-box. Very similar to other chat app with much more functionality. If you are trying to keep track of service providers for a loved one, download this app!
Not user friendly

I have tried to add my care team just so they are in the app when we start to communicate and it doesn't maintain your contacts or care team it seems unless you start a conversation. It won't allow me to update my role. It just doesn't seem user-friendly at all frustrating.
Making things a little easier

I really like that I can text and share care tasks with my family about caring for my special needs son. Sharing tasks has made things a little easier. What wasn't clear up front was that you have to start a care team or start a new conversation to invite someone to the app. Once I figured that out everything was easy.

Creating family conversations about caregiving. Seems so obvious now. Have my whole family on this and we share our care tasks as a team.

This thing could be an amazing tool but it crashes 24/7 and it continues to not let me complete the functions it is designed to do. Like start a care plan and add care members. I would love to use this app but literally can't because it crashes every time I open it. Any guidance or updates?
