Nearly perfect

Functionally I have no complaints. Aesthetically I’d like more ability to the theme the app, particularly some custom app icons. Overall 10/10 I highly recommend!

It’s nice but could use some improvements

I would really love to be able to start a google duo video call from the app. Currently no support for that. I would also like the ability to set a default call method from the favorites screen. It defaults to your recent method you used, I’d like to be able to program or set this to my liking. Have more than one favorite like the phone app. One for calling the person normally, then another one for the same person to start a google duo call. This would help me a lot and reduce the amount of steps. Otherwise a good app that I do use daily on all of my devices.

Great BUT...

MarcusTheTruth

The app is ALMOST better than the standard application. But the one thing that annoys the hell out of me is the amount of taps to make a call. To call a saved. “Favorite” I have to tap 5 (five) times. That’s just silly! And a non favorite is 6! This is the only reason I give this app 2 stars, but it is a significant failing of the app. I see no reason the developers can’t simplify this. Please and you will earn 5 stars ⭐️. Also the “Recent Calls” is NOT accurate nor does it show the time of the call.

Great app

This is a great app, well done. Too bad iOS Contacts app isn’t a lot closer to this!

Thanks for Canary support

SABiltongHunter

Appreciate you supporting an email client that supports PGP, thank you.

Concerned!

Great app, however I’m concerned this may go subscription too. If it does I’m out especially if I have to buy it again like their other app. After what they did to their calendar app I’m sure this will be a hot mess soon too. I’m ready for the subscription model here as well.

Best Contact Manager Ever

I have tried a lot of different contact managers and the default iPhone app. This app allows me to access all of my different accounts. Great view and easy to navigate.

Simple and Excellent CRM for friends and family

CardHop is an excellent app for those wanting to stay in touch with friends and family and need a way to remember whom they reached out to when. I use the search feature as my command center for all calls, messages, emails and even WhatsApp messages. I then go into the RECENT tab and get a chronological list of everyone I reached out to. One tap on their name and it lets me add a time stamped note about the call or email. Best yet. These notes about your contacts get synced into your contacts app and to iCloud for those who sync to the cloud. This is unlike CRM apps like Cloze or Keap where the phone logs or notes you write are only stored on their app’s servers. CarrHop helps me remember who I spoke to, when, and what the topic was about. This is a terrific app for those who stay in touch with many friends and family and feel a CRM is an overkill. I use CardHop multiple times a day and love it! Five stars from me.

Pretty UI

jd2020

CardHop’s better looking and has more features than the bland and basic built-in contacts app. But I am not a fan of the cartoonish UI. This and past bugs mean I use the built-in app most of the time. I see people rave about CardHop’s features; maybe I’m missing something, but I just don’t see it. I hoped CardHop would be better for working with contacts, but “meh.” Ex: Seemed to take a long time (6 months?) to fix problem with birthday notifications opening with error: “Contact Not Found.” Contacted Flexibits in January 2020, or maybe before. Still broken in April 2020. In July I got an unhelpful developer response to check notification permissions. How could I click on a notification if the app didn’t have permission to show them?

One time purchase - what a concept!

I bought this app just to leave this review. One time purchase: 4.x stars. Fantastical, with all these nag screens and cluttered features that can’t be used without more nagging: 2.x.
