Used to work great, but now broken

rdlynch

I really like this app. It's a great way to quickly add contacts and group contacts. However, after the recent update when I enter a name and a phone number it just says card not found. Of course a card is not found, I'm trying to create a contact. This is a show stopper for me.

Good but not great on iOS 13/iPhone 11 Pro Max

As of Oct 29 on iOS 13.2 the app works only for the most part. Filtering groups in the contacts list doesn’t work at all. Changing favorite contacts isn’t reflected in the widget without restarting the phone. Otherwise the UI and flow is nice. Just wish it was 100% functional. Using an iPhone 11 Pro Max.

Can’t find any use

MacReza

I still can’t figure out how to use this app. I don’t see any point of paying for it. Never served any purpose. The Mac version is a little bit more of use but still can’t justify paying for it. Maybe I’m missing something!

Too many clicks

Patrick Waugh

Good ideas, but it requires too many touch's to do simple things like place a call. When I touch a number, just dial it! Instead it slides up something where I have to touch again to dial. Waste my time. If I touch a Quick Action it's worse. I have to make two touches. Guys Apple users expect to do things in one touch.

Great app, missing a key feature

Meandeangreen84

This app is great. It has. Lot of functionality, especially with the ability to add to groups. The only feature I wish was available is the ability to mass add contacts to groups. I have 30+ contacts that belong to a specific group and I have to individually add them to the group instead of selecting all of them and adding it at the same time. Please add this feature!!!

This looked so promising

Antisyphus

This app looked so promising, but it was only eh when it actually worked. I am on an iPhone 8 and I could open Apple contacts, scroll through the list, find the contact I wanted and place a call by the time Cardhop even opened the app. The Mac app is a little better, that works but is still pretty slow for me. And those were the good old days. Now the app won’t open at all, just a blank screen even after the system and app have both been updated to the most recent. I have even tried deleting and reinstalling the app to no avail. If this app was usable, and worked as advertised I would probably update my review to reflect this.

Promising

I like this app, but my Favorites keep disappearing after the update.

Great app! A bit buggy though!

BabyPopDipstick

Really great for organizing contacts- but the app is occasionally unresponsive or doesn’t show my contacts until I force quit.

Mostly love it

It’s much better than the phone and contact apps that come preinstalled, and better looking too. My only complaint would be that I needed to dial 911 (just to report something, it wasn’t a medical emergency or anything) and the app wouldn’t allow it, it just kept redirecting me to a friends number that had 911 in it. I know this isn’t a phone replacement, but it does offer options like dialing. Other than that, definitely worth five stars.
