Crashing whenever I beat a hard level

Over the past 48 hours, whenever I use gold bars to beat a hard level, the game crashes the moment I complete my final move. Not only do I lose those gold bars, but I have to play the level all over again without advancing. I want this issue resolved immediately.

I love this game. I’ve been playing for years, close to level 3,000. One thing I like/appreciate is that you get A LOT of free things if you watch videos. Extra lives, extra moves, extra items, etc. These free extra moves is often what gets me over a nightmare level. Two weeks ago I just couldn’t finish, so I spent $1 on some extra gold. Since then I have not seen a single video to help. Now that CC knows I can spend money, I suspect I won’t see them again. 10/10, play the game… but 10/10, don’t make a purchase.

This is a game that you have to pay to play! Definitely not a game of relaxation and makes its own moves to suit its own purpose which would be putting money in the developers pocket. Will be deleting this game. It is not the fun game it started out to be where you have to think to make your moves! It actually is quite a time waster, frustrating and actually “cheats” you out of moves that would allow you to win. Definitely not relaxing or fun. Not only that but if you write a bad review it asks for a nickname and no matter what you use it says this nickname is taken, try another.

I’ve been playing Candy Crush since it was released years and years ago. I got on to play yesterday and EVERYTHING is lost! How?! I went from level 5328 back to level 11?! I’m pretty mad that the app reset itself back to level 11. Is there anyway for this to get fixed?!

Glitching Issues

Overall great game. However, I am not sure why but I have been experiencing a lot of glitching moments. It is definitely frustrating when I am in a game and in the zone of winning, especially on my last life, and the game just freezes and glitches on me. When I try to get back on my game, I would have to get a new life cause my last one basically went to “waste.” I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

I can’t tell you how often I come within 1 move to finishing a level and then the game somehow makes it possible for me TO PAY for more moves to move to the next stage. This is rigged and is completely a ripoff. I’m so tired of the illegitimate “pay us and we will move you to the next level” rip off that this game essentially forces. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS MANIPULATION!!!

This game is “designed to relieve stress” but it does the exact opposite. When you run out of lives it tries to get you to buy more (not relaxing). And when I ask someone in my same house to send me a life, it hardly ever works. At least let my wife send me a life!! Other than the constant sales pitch, it’s a fun game.
