This has happened to me a ridiculous number of times by now, and it just happened to me yet again and it’s beyond frustrating so I hope it gets fixed. The problem I’m referring to is the game setting me back, like, making me replay the same exact games I had already played, beat, and moved past. And, when it happens, I don’t get the color ball and candys to start off with when I should of. Why do I keep getting bumped back like that? It’s so not fair and I’m just over it already. So anyways, that’s the gist of my complaint. I hope it will get handled when possible. Otherwise it’s a cool game, fun to play.
Level 10947. How is it done????

This level is HORRIBLE. You can’t see what’s underneath the cloudy board. Especially with someone who has eye troubles like me. It really isn’t fair that iTunes is a much easier version of this level than what I am doing now. I can’t understand why Candy Crush is making this game unmanageable……..WHY

I was addicted to this game and loved it. But with this new update. All my effort is gone. I was competing with people and comparing myself to others and trying to reach the next person. Now that’s all gone. I was told to sign out then sign in and that didn’t work. Now I’m done playing this game. Oh well on to a new game

The app will NOT stop crashing. I’ll be on a 15 game win streak and about to win a level, and the app crashes and it all goes away, AND I lose my streak and a life. It’s insanely frustrating. It’s happened to me at least 4 times a day. I’ve lost tons of streaks and lives like this and it’s super frustrating. It’s a really fun game, we all know that, but fixing the crashes would be great.

1-21-2022 Game still crashed multiple times a day, mid game. Amazed that this issue hasn’t been resolved after several updates by the developers. If they’re not patching glitches, what is the purpose of the updates? 1-20-2022 ‘Ask for lives’ has changed and all the friends that were previously on my list have disappeared. It’s asking me to add friends to ask for lives when I had plenty. 12-30-2021 Game still crashes all the time I have the iPhone 13 Pro with the latest update to the game and the game crashes multiple times a day now, mid game. This has been going on for 2-3 updates and hasn’t been patched. It even happened on my iPhone X before I upgraded to this new phone a month ago. Fix the issue and I’ll happily revise my rating
