I cannot find one specific item and when I tap on "Hint" to play an ad, nothing happens. Why?

I can not play without ads covering the play area. When ad closed area still not clear.

These would be great games, but come on every time we play a scene you get an ad. I can't handle that, and I don't think anyone will want to play these. I would rather pay a few bucks for the game. I will keep them downloaded to see what you do, but if this doesn't change I will delete them. Sorry
