Good Calendar app

WolfSoulz

This was my favorite calendar app. Worth the price. I just updated it after updating to iOS 15 and the widgets have been removed. Was 5 star, but widget is important to me to see what’s coming up without having to open the app. I’ll start looking for an alternative.

Cannot edit anything other than current year.

Stephanie from Chicago.

That is a big disappointment for me since I often go back to old events and update them if they will be occurring again. I used to be able to do this but now the app crashes each and every time I click on a past or even future year. I will now have to use another app. The only reason this app gets three stars is the notifications are excellent.

Been using for 6 years, love it

Honestly it just keeps getting better. The only annoying element was when you’re add something like “meeting at 10” and the timer would automatically detect the number and set it to 10 - when in reality you want it where you had set it. They seemed to have improved that but it’s just a great calendar and organizer. Used it every day for 6 years

Very good calendar..but, why no add-ons?

$30 is a lot for this but I understand I am purchasing the life of the app. I would really love the “add on” calendars that you have on the other “calendars” app…to be able to add tv shows and weather to the calendar. Would also love a full size monthly calendar widget. I love this calendar and use it daily and so far it’s been dependable.

Make one mistake and it will annoy you.

I tried to add an appointment to the calendar and entered wrong date. I tried to edit the starting date which pushed the end date automatically. Ok. I then edited the end date and that changed the starting time. Ok. I changed the starting time and that changed, again, my end time. I tried changing the end time and it pushed back the starting time. Then I tried changing starting time, it changed the am/pm. Took a couple more of this stupid back and forth. It took me more than a minute to add an appointment. Otherwise it’s a good calendar app.

Love seeing the whole month at once.

Alert Goes Off a Day Late

lizsave

I really like the app and how user friendly it is. My only complaint is that I set alerts to remind me of events and it will go off a day after the event has occurred. I’m not sure how to correct this, but it is very inconvenient!!!

Apple Cal has two things on Cals 5

Left0verture

… Apple cal is free and can display the date in a custom icon. (Apple won’t share that with anybody). Other than that, Cals 5 is about as good as it gets. For my money, it’s the best of the bunch.

Great Calendar app for family

JonesImgDesign

With a family of 4 all using different calendars, we use Calendars + to keep my view of everyone! Gmail, Outlook, 2 inboxes from kids school… all combined and color codes for ONE view! It just work! We have used it for years and it just keeps getting better!
