I have been needing to find ways to calm my self. I am a Cardiac Survivor. This app is a great way for me to close my eyes, listen to the sounds and try to get into a better breathing rhythm. I am hopeful.

I really love the app, and it’s really helped me to calm down when I’m most in need. One thing I would enjoy is if I could use it while laying down, which doesn’t seem to work, but listening to the audio has really helped me to sleep and focus.
