This app allows me to fine tune how long I inhale, how long I pause after inhaling, how long I exhale, and how long I pause after exhaling. Totally customizable! I am not crazy about the flower graphic: I'd much prefer seeing something like a dot tracing along a sine wave such that the dot moved at a constant pace; but this is as near perfect as I've come across. Thanks!
This is a very effective breath pacer, and I use it for biofeedback breathing. I especially like the fact that there is a vibration mode, in addition to the typical sound settings. The app is simple to use and attractive. I also found the developer highly responsive – when I recommended a small tweak to the design via Twitter, he turned around the change in a few days. Well done TC Apps!
Don't waste your money on the other paid breath counter apps!! Wish I seen this one earlier?
i have use this app for a long time.. the visual cue and customization timing for exhale and inhale are great.. i just wish it would let me play my relaxing music or Spotify in the background..
Great tool for practicing biofeedback at home. Was able to ascertain the optimal setting with a biofeedback specialist and now I know I am breathing at the correct pace when i do the exercises at home. Important to practice correctly between sessions so it works as it should and I don't have to unlearn incorrect practice between sessions. Works well with BellyBio app which records breathing. Run 1 app on my phone and the other on my tablet so they are synchronized. Really helpful! You can see how steady your breaths are on a graph. And neither require additional equipment! Only one request- hope developers can add other sounds, like triangle, bell, click or something a little more relaxing and pleasant to the ear. Not a deal breaker at all, just would be nice...
Very easy to use but the sounds are terrible. Needs more relaxing sounds. I don't want to hear a BEEP while I'm deep breathing.
Vibration does not work, massive pop up video ads to wake up who ever is next to you in bed :( app deleted.
Seems like it might have good configurability but the loud, intrusive ads every time you touch the screen makes it unusable. Unable to determine if it is worth paying for.
