Worked twice now nadda

Used the pay for fuel options 2 times successfully now it never works . It finds the station but then get a technical error message when I select that location. So can’t get the rewards and any savings.

I usually have a good experience with this app; however, I just tried to pay for gas at a BP and the app would not load rewards nor would it allow me to pay without using rewards. I’ve restarted the app, and I’m using the latest version.

I decided to download this app because I use BP stations often and the very first time I try to use the app I am met with technical errors and refresh messages that do nothing. I am not getting any reward points. At least the transaction was able to go through and I could pay for the gas.
Awesome but minor flaws
awesome, very convenient.
It’s an awesome app if you want that extra little discount. However I’ve been using the same gas stations for almost 2 yrs since I got the card and ever so often it would say station does not accept app payment(same stations) and I try the surrounding stations but no luck and after I fill up somehow the app is running again and I lose all the discount and have to start from scratch to build up the points
Won’t connect so what’s the point?

This app is beyond awful. You never know when you will have to log back in and it’s never a convenient time. Get your crap together.
Constantly blocking my card

The app keeps blocking my credit card, I have talked to de 1-800 number several times, they say they will fix it but still the same, worked good for a while now doesn't anymore. Very frustrating

After setup, the app is quick and easy to use. After filling up yesterday, I was thinking it would be cool if the app had a tracker/log for mileage and MPG...It would make the app more versatile. (I have 4 vehicles, so it would be nice to have a way to track multiple vehicles...nothing complicated...just a simple interface would be nice.) Otherwise, this app does exactly what it needs to do—pay for fuel and provides a nice little fuel discount.
