Simple, but hard to read the display

I love that this is just a simple, free BPM app with no bells and whistles. I hate that the number readout is hard to reed for no apparent reason other than to look like an LED readout. Maybe the contrast could be more apparent?

The display IS hard to read on axis, but surprisingly easy to read off-axis. The big problem is that if tempo changes, the app never recovers. This could be fixed by sliding the window over which the average is computed, rather than always averaging from the first tap to the current tap.

Display is terrible, but otherwise a decent app.

The BPM display is super hard to read at most angles. I had to view it from a position high and to the right of the screen to be able to see it. You have this beautiful vibrant screen available to you and you choose to pretend it is an old school LCD display with poor contrast?? If the BPM was displayed used a normal easy to read font, I would give this app 4 stars without hesitation.

Display makes it hard to use

Works fine, but the pseudo-LEDs used to display the BPMs are extremely hard to read (the dark parts are almost the same as the lit parts.) If that were corrected, I'd give it a 5-star rating.
