I have update this rating to reflect that the game people responded promptly to my email about this situation. Delighted to find actual customer service. Enjoy this game, but sometimes I only get through two puzzles before the game freezes after viewing an ad. This seems to happen with the non-video ads, such as the one for solitaire. Game stays frozen until I do a hard restart. That’s no way to enjoy a game that is otherwise quite enjoyable! (I just installed the game this week, so I presume I have the most recent updates and bug fixes.) please sort out! Thank you!
Listed As An Accessible Game (But it's not)

I was excited to try this game as it was listed as an accessible game for blind people. I was very disappointed. Not accessible or playable at all. This is most definitely false advertising and it really dissapoints me. Therefore I rat this game only one star.

I really like this puzzle game it’s relaxing and I like the theme and the images. However, the app doesn’t work properly. Each time I finish a puzzle the game just gets stuck on the pink background image and never presents a new puzzle. If I want to play I have to close out the app every time I finish a puzzle so I can never actually move forward.

I have two other bonza games and love them. They all have relaxing sounds, variable difficulty, and interesting content. I like the way that this one is set up, and I don't mind the moderate frequency of ads. However, every time there's an ad, an error occurrs after I close it. It seems like the elements are present (there are sounds when I tap the screen), but nothing is displayed--just a blank pink screen. Restarting the app works, but it happens too frequently to be worth playing right now.
