This is a great platform for tracking progress. There is a myriad of pre-programmed workouts for people new to fitness. It is a bit slow, but overall great for tracking progress and accountability.

Extremely frustrating that if I do t track my workout the day of, I can’t back date it. My friend does not have this issue on her app version that she uses on her iPhone 5. Help?

I like to see my weights keep going up as time goes on. A lot better tracking than paper and pencil.

The app is great but it took me a couple of times to figure out how to configure predetermined workouts made by other people to fit my schedule. To date I don’t think there are ways to change workout days from working out to rest days other than skipping them and then going back to them. Also the database has a lot of exercises but there are a lot that could be added. Also maybe add a function where users could enter their own exercises instead of the ones preloaded in the database.

Great app but I want to start a work out and log sets on my watch instead of just my phone

I've been using this app for about 5 years... They keep updating, and fixing bugs & really enjoy tracking my workouts each week BB will tell you what area you worked and how hard.... love it
