Cannot See Change in Controls

I cannot see any change in the controls yet they say they have changed them. My IPhone says I have all updates so did I miss something somewhere. The "eyes" are still in the center and easy to hit by mistake while moving around. Is there something I need to do to get the update besides just click my Updates button on my phone in the Apps section?
Charming and challenging

Bobby Carrot is truly charming; you can't help liking this rabbit. This is a delightful puzzle game, with good variety of puzzle elements in the levels. In addition, there are some more action-oriented elements (collecting coins, particularly in the bonus rounds) which provide even more variety by allowing you to unlock additional content which is not necessary for the solving the puzzles (such as additional background songs) and adds another, platformer-eque, dimension to the game. There are lots of little touches that really make the game shine; butterflies in the background, the sounds of birds, the way Bobby taps his foot impatiently when you are slow to move, the collectibles; all of these combine to make this a wonderful game. It's on the expensive side for app store puzzle games, but there's really a lot in this in terms of both playing time and aesthetic touches to make it worth the price. Also, clichéd as it sounds, this really is a game for all ages. Children, I'm sure, will appreciate the visuals, and the easier puzzles should be approachable to them. But the more difficult puzzles become downright devious, and some of them have required me to restart many times. Speaking of which, the most recent update makes this much easier; I also notice a definite improvement in the zoom mode (before the update it was easy to activate this accidentally, but I haven't done so at all afterward).

wow the last time i played bobby carrot was in my old samsaung phone 3 years ago. its alot different now but still the same concept get all them carrots. great game wouldn't be surprise if it hits #1 way better than all the top 10 games right now

This is a wonderful game. It has very good controls and great graphics. You can tell when playing that it is a very polished game and that the devs put a lot of work into it. It is also very addictive, hard to stop playing! This also has a lot of game play and will not be finished for a while. Easily a must buy for $4.99!

I was lucky enough to receive a promo code for this game. I had previously tried the old version and could not get the hang of the controls. I'm pleased that the controls have now been changed to include a virtual d-pad. The option to use the virtual d-pad is "hidden" in the options menu. It is control method 3. But since I switched to using it I'm finding it really easy to use and I can now concentrate on the game itself! The puzzles are bright, original and fun. They build in complexity. Each level builds upon what you learnt in the previous level. Some levels have been easy to beat. Others have required a lot of thought and planning... as well as multiple attempts to solve them. The quality of the game is very good. All the graphics and sound effects are bright and fun and all the puzzles are well thought out. I particularly like stepping on the dragon's tail so he shots a ball of flame that bounces off mirrors and then melts the ice that is blocking the way. Collecting all the carrots to unlock the exit can be a challenge and with 7 worlds and 10 levels to each world I am sure that I will continue to be occupied for hours. If you like puzzle games then I highly recommend you purchase this game and check out the lite version if you are unsure.
