Does nothing to enhance tour

This app is pretty worthless. It does almost nothing to enhance tour and seems to be an app that exists just so the company can say it has an app. No guide tour info.. No specifics on where buses pick up and drop off.. I really am unsure why the app exists at all.

Application size is quite large and crashes continually! I'm unable to access any information beyond the opening screen. Completely worthless application.
Decent simple app

App enhanced our experience on the big bus tour in Hong Kong. It is more convenient than opening the paper map. The app makes it easy to drill down to get info about attractions that are nearby each stop on the route.

Downloaded Hong Kong. It crashes every time I try to use it. Great idea. Non-performance.

This app was such a disappointment. It would have been really useful as a companion to my paid tour if the functionality was decent. Have to respect city each time. No I didn't go from San francs co to Dubai in the past 45 min. GPS feature on map doesn't work. Such an essential and basic feature... How did you screw that up? Did you text this before you released? Fire your developers or sue the company that did this.

The app has no value. Maps of the city and description of places can be found elsewhere. The app does not give you at all information about the routes or the estimated time for next bus. The upper loop Waite time on each stop is about 1 hour!!!! I saw more than 5 busses from the other lines (Specially the GrayLine- blue lol) come by in the same time. Called customer service and yet, their service was not helpful and horrible - of course I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. Give your money to another service provider - for sure.
Disappointment

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience with the bus tour we signed up in New York City. We signed up online, got to the pick up location only to have to wait over an hour and a half for even the first bus to arrive. We did not get on and had to wait another half hour all the while a different bus company drove by about every five minutes. After we get on the bus we learned it was the wrong one. We got in the correct line only again to be told it would be at least an hour wait until the next bus. We were told by the attendant we could try the next stop. We got directions and headed in that direction. No bus and no bus helpers were found anywhere. We had to stop in a hotel to get help and directions. After another frustrating 40 min of walking to try and hunt down the next stop we finally see more bus attendants. We chase down a bus and yet again were told wait for the next one despite no one being in line this time. We finally got on. Worst experience of our trip to NYC and I have to be honest I am making it a personal mission to tell anyone going there not to book your bus company. However one of the bus drivers, JP on the red route was amazing
Can't use the app

Every time I choose to open New York to look at routes, the app crashes. I can't use it. Waste of space. The only reason I gave it one star is because I had to.
