I wanted to use this in Philadelphia but only certain cities are listed. Every city Big Bus tours are offers should be available.
Doesn’t work in Philadelphia

I bought a ticket for Big Bus Philadelphia and my confirmation email said to download the app, but Philadelphia is not an available city to choose from. Dumb.
Terrible guide

We got on the night tour after a really nice day The guide was not nice, old and tired and needs another career. His voice was extremely annoying. We actually got off early, use another service they are terrible.

DC night tour with Pamela was terrific Pamela seemed to really enjoy her job, she was very knowledgeable about the monuments and DC history. She made the tour wonderful.

Very disapointed. Website touts how helpful app is but could not use it. Every time you did more than start app it would crash.

I second Mattdchef. Every time I do anything more then open the app, it shuts down.

No problems with this app - at least when looking at the Dubai tour. Essentially it is the map they have on the web, zoomable and scrollable, with notes about each attraction
Crashes When Opening Map

This app crashes when opening the interactive map. This makes the map useless. Please fix and update before the summer tour season begins.
