The Big B Team were very informative about the key monuments and sights of the city of Washington DC the rate is well worth it I would recommend this tour to anyone group or family

Great way to see/learn the city!!

Great way to see the city and learn about the buildings! At times, it was hard to get a seat on top but you can get on and wait for people to leave up top (then, you get to go up). Also, night tour bus fills up fast! For a guaranteed spot on top, get in line early...buses run about every 15 min for night tour. Our kids (ages 13, 12, and 7) loved it, too!!

Our guide “Craig from California” was excellent. Craig did not sound like a tour guide with set things to say about points of interest. He was so personable and made the tour feel as if he was talking directly to us. He asked questions as to where we were from and somehow had knowledge of where we live and made a connection. It was more like a friend giving us a tour of the city not a tour guide.

We are very happy with our tours we had in San Francisco. The guides were amazing and full of Information. All were friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs which makes for a very pleasant experience for guests. Definitely will use big bus again over the gray line group again. Highly recommended Big Bus Tours.

For every BigBus I saw, I saw 3 from City SightSeeing. When we finally saw a BigBus the air conditioning was out so we had to wait for more than 30 minutes. On one trip the tour guide couldn’t talk so we listened to a recording that was off on locations. I am requesting a refund.

I was only in San Francisco for 2 days and was looking forward to a great bus tour with a guide telling me all about the city. I paid $49 each for my daughter and myself because we were expecting an actual tour. The first bus we got on was so packed, we had to stand and couldn’t see a thing out the windows. We got out at the first stop just to get off. We skipped the next bus because it was just as full, and got on a nearly empty one that came up behind it. There was no tour guide, and the driver did not tell us that we needed ear buds to hear the recorded tour. Thank goodness that after we went over the Golden Gate Bridge and stopped, a guide got off another bus and gave us a choice to join him. FINALLY we got what we paid for and he was fabulous! Unfortunately, we had to get off after a few stops so we could get a different bus to the stop we needed to get to. Luckily we had a tour guide on that bus, too, but we missed so much of the tour beforehand. A crowded bus with no guide to explain the city was not what we paid for.

Maddie & James were AWESOME! Maddie was an absolute delight, full of energy and knowledge! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our Blue route/Night tour. We also greatly appreciated the fact that Big Bus decided to add an additional bus for some last-min arrivers to partake in the tour! VERY COOL of the company/management to decide to do that! Thank you!!!

You can’t connect your purchased trip, there’s no search function to find a specific attraction (you have to keep swiping and even when you do find it, it provides limited information) and it doesn’t accurately let you know when the bus is coming to your stop. Big Bus Tour itself was awful (NYC) coupled with this terrible app just ruined my day.

Very few buses on routes

Very few buses on route even on Saturday afternoon, there are only 2 red line buses and one each for blue line and green line. Waiting time is more than 30 minutes.

Busses Locations don’t update

the bus locations don’t update nor does it say the arrival time which only makes the app useful for finding out if you by the stop or not but that’s it
