My husband and I were in DC for a long awaited vacation in early July. We bought tickets for a Big Bus tour because the reviews were great. We had a great time touring the city and the tour guides were great. The night tour was awesome. I highly recommend Big Bus Tours!! ?

I was very excited to spent about $70 a ticket for 5 people in my group to experience this big bus tour. This is about $350 that I spent to enjoy a nice tour of Washington DC. These were the deluxe tickets. I was unable to experience an enjoyable tour with my family because it rained. The buses were filthy and leaky. I literally sat in a seat where I smelled urine. The buses were overcrowded with wet and very uncomfortable people where some people had to stand because of perhaps overbooking. For the money that I paid, I did not get a chance to enjoy the experience of a good tour of the city with my family. When I called to get some type of compensation for the money that I spent on it, they did not offer compensation that I could use on my trip. The only things that my family were able to enjoy were 2 museums. I was very disappointed in how these tours were handled this weekend.

Great app but needs to have access to your ticket so you don’t have to keep up with a paper ticket especially since ours got all wet in the downpour yesterday!

Washington to DC
Not the best your bus I’ve ever been on by any stretch of the imagination. Was never even close to being on time. I realize DC traffic is bad at times but they need a better way to keep you updated on where the bus is at.
Would not ride again !

It was 90 plus degree temperature in NY, but there is no air condition in any of the bus. They were not opening any windows. People were only allowed to seat on top. Even drivers were not comfortable driving the bus.

We were in Washington for 6 Days. We booked a two-day hop on, hop off online which was a bargain. Loved, loved the night tour! The only downside was our bus broke down the 1st day, but they got one there quickly!
