I have played this game for a long time now, and I love it and enjoy playing, I have never had any complaints until now, please stop showing Solitaire games every two minutes, it is annoying. Thank you!!
Not getting to watch adds for more bonuses.

The game itself is fun to play but too many parts are frustrating and I hope the makers will fix them. You never win the jackpot reward, heck I’ve only won reward over 25k and most of the time I pick the same spot so it’s absolutely rigged and ridiculous. Everything is expensive in the game, the champion games almost aren’t worth it when the reward is the same cost as a rare gem. Some of the rare gems are awful and you score less than you would without them. I don’t mind that they have ads, but several are just way too long so I always quit when they pop up. There needs to be better rewards for players such as higher coin rewards or more gold and shards opportunities.
Freezing issues

After playing for sometimes hours, it’s very frustrating that the app freezes and I cannot proceed I have to literally back out shut down my computer and restart. In those cases I’ve lost my game progress , I’ve often lose access to the Spins after bidding time to wait until it’s available again. Also in the middle of a game…where I’m trying to reach a point value to win a Champion game, the board just Freezes . I’m also ready to call it quits!
Horrible customer service, too many repeated bugs not fixed.
Frustrated with Zynga
Have played and lost 53 times using the holly rare gem. The screen freezes, the game is wiped out but use of the gem is lost AND there is no way to get help with the game. Have written before and never a reinstatement of gems lost, games won. Never a response. Have played the game for 8 years and never won tge 500,000 bonus. Not once. Game is fun but frustration overcomes fun. Find something new. Horrible customer service!!!!!!!!

I feel like I am clicking options on the menu endlessly and never playing. I spent more time navigating the menu that I ever do playing. Dumb game.
Broken links in game

Issues pointed out in a review well written review from two years ago are still issues. And broken links can be added to these issues. For example the game I’ve been playing for these two days blitz quest one of the challenges in the first quest is to complete the cat quest twice. I thought it was just a usual glitch when it didn’t count the first cat quest won, but when I completed the next one three times and it did not acknowledge it and I had all of the other challenges completed on all three pages well heck that’s really frustrating. Whoever designs the games and changes them up needs to make sure all the links work. That’s their job. Sheesh Also on 11/16- one of the challenges isn’t registering so obviously the set cannot be completed. Do y’all care? 12/01-gem pro game 4 doesn’t work. So if a challenge is 240 Orange matches in 1 game but the game doesn’t allow a rare gem in the Orange Family to be purchased then there is no point in pursuing the challenge. REQUEST: make available for purchase a gem of each color ??♀️
