I love this game but there is some bugs in it I was at at a higher level it started me over and now when I get the thank you notes and the things that upgrade stuff it counts as things in my inventory and sometimes I will get things and when I come back it’s not there

This game appears on a tiny screen instead of filling the whole screen. I remember being excited when this game came out and I have been waiting for a 3rd installment. If the game isn’t even in full screen (or anywhere close to it) I don’t think the developers care anymore.

please update and fix i cant even access the fruit stand and it keeps making me waste gems everything is soooo glitchy and lagged i love the game but it needs an update so badly.

1. The coffee machine and other machines alike should serve a genuine purpose 2. We should have the ability to add friends and visit others just like Restaurant Story 2, as it’s very clear where the devs concerns lie. Personally I’ve invested money, and I want more out of it. 3. Overall lag with people coming in, eating and leaving. 4. Expansions should cost less in coins and supplies due to the general amount of space even needed, it feels like I’m playing Tetris with everything I have and need and things I CANT PUT AWAY THAT SERVE NO PURPOSE It seems as though the devs are very out of touch with their own products and games and it’s disheartening, but I do enjoy it as is, but unless something changes I don’t see myself committing for longer than the craving to play lasts.

While this game has been fun to play, twice I have never received the gems I purchased. The first time, Apple refunded my money. I was dumb enough to try again, hoping it was a one time glitch. Nope. Now I await Apple’s decision on refunding my most recent purchase that I never received. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. There will not be a third time. After Apple reviews my pending request I plan on deleting this game.

Horribly laggy and steals gems

The lagging almost makes this way too annoying to play. Had 18 gems stolen from me and customer service doesn’t care. Play at your leisure but don’t spend money because this developer doesn’t care about making things right. I play a couple of S8 games. While they are fun, they rig contests to make you spend money if want to complete them. It’s a good game if you’re able to put aside your need to complete timed quests. If you don’t, you’ll be downing liars of money. Buyer beware. Fun games, just don’t spend money.
